Geolocation Spoofing Options

Kameleo allows you to control how Geolocation behaves in your Browser Profiles to prevent detection with geolocation fingerprinting. To change the setting simply:

  1. Click on the "Advanced Settings" option which you can find during the profile creation or profile editing phase as outlined below:

  2. Under the Location section, you will see "WebRTC, Timezone and Geolocation based on your external IP" click on "Manual".

  3. Now if you want to input the Latitude and Longitude yourself, select "Manual", and fill in the coordinates, proceed by clicking the Save or Save & Start button.
  4. Alternatively you can use the "Location Selector" and choose your location from the map which will automatically fill the Latitude and Longitude based on the selected location after clicking "Set on current profile".

  5. After the fields are filled out, simply click on the Save button.

Tip: Within the Location Selector you can also get the exact Latitude and Longitude by typing in an address in the Address field.

Geolocation Spoofing Options

  • Automatic (Recommended): Uses proxy data to set your geolocation automatically.
  • Manual: Allows you to define a Latitude and Longitude. You must remain in the same country as your proxy to avoid inconsistencies.
  • Block: Denies websites access to the Geolocation API. This can appear suspicious.
  • Off: Disables spoofing entirely. Websites will see your real location.
