Duplicating Profiles
Duplicating a profile creates an exact clone with all profile settings, browsing data, cookies, history, bookmarks, and installed extensions.
How to duplicate a profile
- Find the profile on your dashboard
- Click the three dots to open the context menu
Select "Duplicate"
- A new profile will appear with the same name with the addition of the " - Copy " added to the end.
Use cases
Why would someone want to duplicate a profile?
- Testing changes without affecting the original profile
- Creating variations of a profile for different accounts
- Starting fresh while keeping a backup
The duplication only performs filesystem activity in your Temp folder and does not affect your original profile any way.
