Why upgrade browser versions?

As you use profiles over time, their browser versions can become outdated. Modern browsers are "evergreen" - they update automatically about every 4 weeks. Using an outdated browser version can make your profile appear suspicious.

Upgrading your profile's browser version keeps it current and helps you stay undetected.

How to upgrade a profile

To upgrade a profile to the latest available browser version:

  1. Find the profile on your dashboard
  2. Click the three dots to open the context menu
  3. Select "Upgrade"

  4. The profile will be upgraded to the latest browser version available on the server, depending on the newest Kernel.

What determines the upgrade version?

The target browser version depends on the profile's:

  • Device type (Desktop or Mobile)
  • Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)

Kameleo automatically selects the most appropriate version based on these parameters.
