Kameleo Log Files
What are log files?
Kameleo generates log files that record application activity and errors.
If you run into an issue, attaching these logs to your support ticket helps us diagnose the problem quickly.
During a AI Chat escalation, attaching both GUI and CLI logs from the day(s) when the issue occurred is vital for troubleshooting.
Finding log files
Open the logs folder directly from the Desktop App:
Settings → Open logs folder

Alternatively you can manually view the logs depending on your operating system, they will be in different locations:
The default location for Windows: C:\Users<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Kameleo\Logs
The default location for macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Kameleo/Logs
The Library folder is hidden by default. Hit CMD + SHIFT + . to unveil hidden files and folders.
