Refund Policy

Kameleo has a Free Tier plan that allows every user to try the platform before making any purchase. You can test the features, make sure everything works for you, and decide if you want to upgrade. Because of this, refunds usually aren’t needed.

If something still goes wrong, we offer refunds within 24 hours of your payment. After 24 hours, we cannot refund subscriptions.

Additionally, refunds can only be issued for the initial (Parent) order, not for renewals or additional purchases.
