Changing your Email Address
To change your email address associated with your Kameleo account, follow these steps:
1. Contact Support via Chat Widget
- Visit kameleo.io
Click the chat bubble in the lower right corner to open the Chat Widget

- Click the three dots in the chat interface
Select "Contact Support" to escalate to human support

Fill out the handover form with your current email address and clearly state that you're requesting an email address change

Make sure to include the second email address in the "Message" section
2. Verification Process
Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional verification to confirm your identity and validate the legitimacy of your request.
3. Email Confirmation Required
Once verified, you must send confirmation emails:
- Send an email from your existing email address (Currently connected to your account)
- Send an email from your new email address (The one you want to change to)
Both emails should confirm your request to change the email address.
After we receive both confirmation emails, we will update your account with the new email address.
