Reactivating a Subscription

When you cancel your subscription, it does not end immediately. Instead, it enters a Pending Cancellation state until the end of your current billing period. During this time, you still have access to your Kameleo subscription, and you also have the option to reactivate your subscription at any point before it expires.

How to Reactivate Your Subscription

  1. On the Manage Plan page click on the "View Details" button.

  2. When your subscription is in Pending Cancellation, a Reactivate button will be available on this page, which you can find and click

  3. After clicking "Reactivate", a confirmation window will appear, letting you know that your subscription has been reactivated.

Tip: Reactivating promptly ensures there is no interruption in your subscription service after your current billing cycle ends.
