Renewing a Subscription

In this article we are going to cover a quick guide on how to renew your subscription. First we need to point out that there are two types of renewals, Early and Pending renewals, so let's cover them both:

Early Renewal:

1. Visit the Manage Plan page.

2. Select your active subscription by clicking the "View Details" button.

   

3. At this point you will land on your manage subscription page.
4. To start an early renewal process, simply click on the "Renew now" button.

Then you will be redirected to the checkout page and you need to pay for the next term (1-month or 12-months - depending on your subscription)

Pending Renewal:

Once your subscription expires, a pending renewal order is created for you, to access it:

1. Once again on the Manage Plan page click on the "View Details" button.
2. Once redirected, you will find your orders below, where you will look for the section called "Related Order".

3. Find the related order, and simply click Pay.

   

Here, once again you will be redirected to the checkout page to complete the payment.
