Changing a Subscription
To change your subscription or to purchase additional Concurrent Browsers, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Manage Plan page and select your preferred package.
- On this page, you can now adjust the amount of Concurrent Browsers you wish to additionally purchase or lower.
Once you've established to which plan, you wish to switch to, you can continue by clicking the relevant "Switch Plan" button, under that plan.
At this point you can follow the same steps as when purchasing a subscription, where you will again choose your desired payment method and proceed with the purchase. You will only need to pay the difference in the price, which will be calculated by our billing system.
If are switching from a monthly to a annual plan you will need to contact our Support Team instead, as the 25% discount won't be properly applied.
If you make more than one change to their subscription within the same billing cycle, the item totals may not be calculated correctly. This is a known issue for us, and it's something that we are currently working on resolving. If you would like to request an order with the exact total amount, please contact us.
