General FAQ
Do you provide methods to bypass Google or Gmail QR code verification?
No. We do not provide bypass techniques for Google, Gmail, QR-code challenges, or any other security or verification mechanisms.
Bypassing authentication, CAPTCHA, or QR-based verification systems is outside the scope of Kameleo’s support.
If you need help setting up Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium with Kameleo, or ensuring your profiles are configured correctly, our support team is happy to assist with that.
Hey, do you have a bounty program for security researchers? If so, where can I send my write-up?
Kameleo does not operate a bug bounty program or offer rewards for security findings.
While responsible disclosures are appreciated, no compensation is offered for submissions.
Can't access Spotify?
We are currently facing issues with bypassing Widevine DRM support.
Spotify relies on Widevine DRM as an integral part of its functionality. After careful consideration and discussion with our development team, we have determined that implementing Widevine DRM support is not aligned with our current product roadmap and priorities.
While we understand this may be disappointing, we want to be transparent that this functionality is not planned for implementation within the next year or foreseeable future.

No. Kameleo is not available for rebranding purposes.
I updated Kameleo, and my profiles are gone, what now?
If you're missing profiles after updating to Kameleo 4.0, here’s why:
-
Old location (pre-4.0):
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Programs\Kameleo\Workspace -
New location (4.0+):
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Kameleo\Workspace
The installer is supposed to automatically migrate your profiles to the new location, but in some rare cases, migration may not complete correctly.
What to do:
-
Check if your old profiles still exist in:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Programs\Kameleo\Workspace - Make a backup of that folder before doing anything else.
- You can also try downloading the previous version of Kameleo from our GitHub: https://github.com/kameleo-io/releases/releases
