Using Kameleo with Pia S5 Proxy

  • Created

Pia S5 Proxy provides a static residential SOCKS5 proxy, so you must select SOCKS as a proxy on the profile edit page.

Pia has over 50 million proxies from over 180 locations worldwide, and they update their proxies every day, so you don't have to worry about running out of high-quality proxies.

How to set up Pia S5 Proxy with Kameleo?

  1. It's really easy. After purchasing the selected proxy, open the Pia S5 client and log in, click ProxyList on the menu.

  2. You can target country, state, city, IP segment, ISP, or ZIP. Click Start Proxy to get proxy credentials.

  3. Right-click on any IP to specify which local port you want to set it up. (This way, you can set up several proxies for different ports, and use them with different Kameleo virtual browser profiles)

  4. Click PortForwardList to see which ports are assigned to a proxy.

  5. Enter the proxy connection details to Kameleo:

    • Proxy type: SOCKS5
    • Hostname:
    • Port: {See it on the PortForwardList}
  6. Once you start the Kameleo virtual browser profile, you will see that your IP has changed.
