You can find plugin spoofing settings on the browser panel by clicking on the More button.
Every base profile has different browser plugins. You can turn them off or deselect some of them, but you cannot add any plugin, because it can make your browser fingerprint inconsistent. That’s why we do not recommend modifying it.
