First, you need to log in to your account at https://login.kameleo.io/. If you have any trouble with it, please contact Kameleo support.
Early renewal
- When your subscription is not expired yet you can visit the My Account page.
- You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.
- You can click Renew now.
- Then you will be redirected to the checkout page and you need to pay for the next term (1 month or 6 months - depending on your subscription)
Pending renewal
- Once your subscription is expired, a pending renewal order is created for you.
- When your subscription is not expired yet you can visit the My Account page.
- You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.
- Below you will find your orders and you will find a Pending renewal payment.
- You should simply click Pay.
Reactivation
- Once your subscription is expired, a pending renewal order is created for you.
- If you don't pay for it for a while, it will be canceled, and you need to reactivate your order.
- In this case, visit the My Account page.
- You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.
- There you should see a Reactivate button.
- Click it and you will be redirected to checkout.
- If you don't see this button, please contact support.
