How can I renew or reactivate my subscription?

First, you need to log in to your account at https://login.kameleo.io/.  If you have any trouble with it, please contact Kameleo support.

Early renewal

  • When your subscription is not expired yet you can visit the My Account page.
  • You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.

  • You can click Renew now.

  • Then you will be redirected to the checkout page and you need to pay for the next term (1 month or 6 months - depending on your subscription)

Pending renewal

  • Once your subscription is expired, a pending renewal order is created for you.
  • When your subscription is not expired yet you can visit the My Account page.
  • You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.

  • Below you will find your orders and you will find a Pending renewal payment.
  • You should simply click Pay.

Reactivation

  • Once your subscription is expired, a pending renewal order is created for you.
  • If you don't pay for it for a while, it will be canceled, and you need to reactivate your order.
  • In this case, visit the My Account page.
  • You can select your subscription on the Subscriptions page.

  • There you should see a Reactivate button.
  • Click it and you will be redirected to checkout.
  • If you don't see this button, please contact support.
