Subscription Change & Purchasing Concurrent Browsers

You can now change subscriptions, and purchase addons directly through our website. Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription or add addons:

  1. Go to the My Account section.
  2. Click on "Manage Plan" button, which will lead you back to the Pricing Page, for a new selection. 
  3. In a case like this of course, you can simply modify your existing subscription by adding additional Concurrent Browsers, or you can switch to a entirely new one as outlined on the image below:

You will only need to pay the difference in price, which will be calculated by our billing system.

Note: If the plan you wish to switch to is a annual one, you will need to contact our Support Team instead, as the discounts won't be properly applied if you are switching from a 1-month to a 12-month subscription.

Cancel Subscription

If you pay with a credit card, your subscription will renew automatically by charging you for the next billing period.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by following these steps:

  1. Visit the My Account page.
  2. Select your active subscription by clicking the "View" button.
  3. Click "CANCEL".

Note: If the "Cancel" button is not available, please wait 5 minutes and check again. The "Cancel" option should be available after that time interval.

You will still have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle, but your subscription will not renew automatically.

For other payment methods that do not support recurring payments, your subscription will not renew automatically. If your subscription expires, a new order will be created. Unless you manually complete the payment on the checkout page, your subscription will not be renewed.

Multiple Subscription Changes Within a Billing Cycle

If you make more than one change to their subscription within the same billing cycle, the item totals may not be calculated correctly. This is a known issue for us, and it's something that we are currently working on resolving. If you have any questions please open a ticket via the Contact Support page.
