What is your refund policy?

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is the most important to us. However, because we provide multiple subscription lengths to choose from, and we don't take recurring payments, once your subscription starts you can’t get a refund after 24 hours from your payment.

A refund is possible only if you notify Kameleo support (help.kameleo.io) within 24 hours from the time of activating your subscription. In this case, there is an administrative fee of EUR 12 (+VAT, if applicable).
