At Kameleo, we understand that things don't always go as planned. We know how it feels to spend money on a product only to find out that it's not right for you. As such, we stand by our policy of allowing refunds up to 24 hours after you've made a payment. However, once the 24-hour period has passed, we can no longer offer refunds on subscriptions.
If you'd like to request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that we'll need to charge an administrative fee of 5 EUR (+ VAT if applicable) to cover our costs for bank transfers. Other refund methods (Card and Crypto refunds) are free of charge.
