What support do we provide?

We hope that we could answer many of your questions here in this knowledge base. Each time you should double-check it, maybe you can find the solution here. Finding the solution here will be much faster than submitting a ticket. To make life easier for you we provide a support service (for users with active subscription).

You can simply send a support ticket to us with your question. We are happy to help you. Please note that the support service is for customers only but feel free to write us a ticket also if you have a question about Kameleo or you have a problem by activating your account.

You will get an e-mail notification about the updates of your ticket.

Please note that we have a 72h support service. Since most of the support agents are also working as developers they don’t have the capacity to deal with your issue instantly. Though the experience shows that you will receive an answer much faster than 72 hours. Except if you have a difficult question.
