Managing Team Membership in Kameleo

This article covers how to invite and remove members from your Kameleo team. If you're looking to organize and share groups and profiles, please refer to this article: [Profile Groups: Organize and Share Your Work].

Kameleo distinguishes between team membership and content sharing. You can invite as many team members as your seat count allows, while also separately controlling which groups and profiles each member can access.

If you have an older subscription with one shared email address for all users, please contact our support to upgrade to individual accounts. 

Inviting Team Members

It’s easy to invite team members:

  1. Go to Kameleo Team Management.
  2. Enter the team member’s email address.
  3. Click Invite.

You can invite both new users and existing Kameleo accounts.

Removing a Team Member

Need to remove someone? It’s just as simple:

  1. Go to Kameleo Team Management.
  2. Click the red X next to the member’s name.

Additional Team Management Options

Please contact our support team to add seats, transfer team ownership, or close the team. Full self-service options will be available starting January 2025.
