Issue with credit card or alipay payment

We're aware of an ongoing issue with one of our payment gateways since 2024-02-21. This issue happens when you use Google Chrome to make payments with credit cards or Alipay. This technical glitch may disrupt your payment process.

If you wish to proceed with the payment, you have two available options:

A.) Switch Browsers

We recommend using alternative browsers such as Firefox to make payments to avoid any inconvenience. This should ensure a seamless transaction experience.

B.) Consider Wire Transfer

If changing browsers isn't feasible, you can opt for a wire transfer. Below are the details for completing your payment securely:

You can transfer the full amount to our bank account. Then send us proof of payment with your billing data. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to Kameleo. Also, an invoice will be sent to your contact details for record-keeping.
